Returns policy for account services
All current Resource Exchange Limited products and services are provided on account. Our credit and debit card payment facility
through RBS WorldPay is only used to settle invoices due. By paying our invoice, whether via credit transfer, cheque or card, you are
accepting the quality of our work. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. However, if you have any issue
with the products and services we have delivered, please take it up with one of our customer services representatives and do not pay the
invoice.
Returns policy for cash products and services
Resource Exchange Limited may provide products and services for cash settlement at some time in the future. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of despatch in its original condition and we will refund your payment
(excluding postage). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy policy
Resource Exchange Limited do not store details of website visitors and will not contact you by any means unless you ask us to. By
individual customer request, historical and current invoices can be made accessible online through a secure SSL login for customers
to review and/or pay invoices online. Our websites use cookies to maintain session data. Online payments are through RBS WorldPay.
